`public Command(string name, string identityId, DateTime dateTime, Guid processId = default)` 

Initializes a new [Command](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Model.ApprovalMap/Command/) for an ordered batch executed through [OfflineApi](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Runtime/OfflineApi/).

### Parameters

| `name` | `String` | The command name supplied when selecting an available [WorkflowCommand](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Runtime/WorkflowCommand/). A nonempty value is matched case-sensitively against [WorkflowCommand.CommandName](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Runtime/WorkflowCommand/). |
| `identityId` | `String` | The workflow participant identity whose permissions are evaluated when selecting an available [WorkflowCommand](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Runtime/WorkflowCommand/). The same identity initiates command execution and is the workflow participant identity on whose behalf the command is executed. |
| `dateTime` | `DateTime` | The date and time used to order the command among commands executed for the same process. |
| `processId` | `Guid` | The [ProcessInstance.ProcessId](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Model/ProcessInstance/) used to group the command with other commands for the same process. The default is [Guid.Empty](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.guid.empty). |

Gets or sets the command name supplied when selecting an available [WorkflowCommand](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Runtime/WorkflowCommand/). A nonempty value is matched case-sensitively against [WorkflowCommand.CommandName](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Runtime/WorkflowCommand/).

`public DateTime DateTime { get; set; }` 

Gets or sets the date and time used to order this command among commands executed for the same process.

`public Guid ProcessId { get; set; }` 

Gets or sets the [ProcessInstance.ProcessId](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Model/ProcessInstance/) used to group this command with other commands for the same process when [OfflineApi](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Runtime/OfflineApi/) executes a batch without a separate Process ID.

`public string IdentityId { get; set; }` 

Gets or sets the workflow participant identity whose permissions are evaluated when selecting an available [WorkflowCommand](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Runtime/WorkflowCommand/).
