Provides the logging contract used by Workflow Engine to write debug, informational, and error messages.

Writes a debug-level log message.

### Parameters

`void Debug(string messageTemplate, params object[] propertyValues)` 

Writes a debug-level log message with values associated with template placeholders.

### Parameters

| `propertyValues` | `Object[]` | The values to associate with placeholders in `messageTemplate`. |
