Indicates that no built-in or registered Designer operation matches the requested name.

`exists = 1` 

Checks whether a process scheme selected through [RequestElements.schemecode](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Designer/RequestElements/), [RequestElements.schemeid](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Designer/RequestElements/), or [RequestElements.processid](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Designer/RequestElements/) exists.
