Prepares fork-start subprocess transitions that run from the timer queue by routing them through a hidden intermediate activity and timer transition.

## Remarks

The step reserves the [SubprocessStartInTimerQueueStep.TimerName](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Builder/SubprocessStartInTimerQueueStep/) timer and rewrites each fork transition with [SubprocessStartupType.TimerQueue](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Model/SubprocessStartupType/) and [TransitionForkType.ForkStart](https://api.workflowengine.io/core/OptimaJet.Workflow.Core.Model/TransitionForkType/) into a hidden intermediate activity and a timer transition linked to the original target.
